Today we managed to squeeze in some dance pictures, but I can tell you it was quite chilly outside. We were very quick! The "session" started out with whining, because she did not want to wear the tights. I insisted. I gave her the option of making it fun or miserable and I informed her miserable would result in a mad mommy and going straight home. She flipped that frown upside down and we had a wonderful day. Hopefully I managed to capture a few priceless pictures of her first dance recital. I'm thinking it is going to be a very long day for this one and the mom too! Love this costume, but she would have rather had pink.
I think this sitting pose may be my favorite of her, but we don't see the ballet shoes, so � why didn't I think of that before? Oh yeah, I was freezing!
AND - I do believe she is going to do dance again next year, but she refuses to miss church on Wednesday nights, which means another evening run to Watertown. I really don't enjoy that part, but it's only ten months, right? I know these years go by so quickly. I'm trying not to blink.
